Bloom's Taxonomie

3 elements of learning:

  • Cognitive
  • Affective
  • Psychomotor

Cognitive element: deals with the development of intellectual skills.

It exists of 6 levels, in ascending order of complexity.

The Affective element is about attitudes, feelings, emotions, values, motivations, enthusiasm and appreciation of the Trainee

The Psychomotor element includes physical movement, hand – eye coordination and use of the motoric skills. Development of these skills one get by practising and is measured in swiftness, authority , precision, techniques in manoeuvring.
